It was a decent spot overall, nothing life-changing or anything. The vibe was casual and easy enough to settle into, and the tables looked clean enough. But when we went, it was seriously loud, like our relaxing meal had to battle a full-on soundstorm. The staff seemed busy, but they were doing their thing. Not a bad place at all, just not exactly the peaceful escape I was hoping for.

The BBQ basics are there and it’s not bad, but the sides and lighter options feel limited. I was hoping for a little more variety. It also kind of feels like no one really owns the menu decisions, because it’s hard to tell who’s in charge of keeping things fresh or adding new options

I’ve had Rib City a few times now, and the pattern I keep noticing is that it really depends on which location you go to. When it’s good, I genuinely enjoy it, especially the ribs, but it doesn’t feel like the same experience across the board.

I liked the flavor overall. It had a nice smoky sweetness with a little tang to it. Not the best sauce I’ve ever had, but definitely good and I’d use it again.

I ordered Rib City catering for a family party, it ended up being a really good choice. When the food arrived, the ribs and chicken were still hot, the sides tasted fresh, and there was more than enough for everyone to go back for seconds. The only hiccup was that the delivery showed up about 15 minutes late, which had me a little stressed while people were starting to arrive. But once we got everything set up and everyone started eating, that worry pretty much disappeared. The food was a hit, and I’d definitely use them again

The ribs had solid flavor, portions were bigger than I expected, and the sides were actually decent-sized, which I always notice because some places barely give you anything.

Stopped in for ribs the other night and they were actually good. The meat had nice flavor and came off the bone easily, which is always a win. I think I got sauce on my sleeve at some point, so that probably says something. The sides were just okay though, nothing bad, just kind of forgettable. I’d go back for the ribs, especially if I was already in the area and hungry

The staff was nice and they greeted us quick when we came in. Service did feel little rushed though, and we had to ask twice for the refills. It wasn't bad or anything, just kind of a average visit overall.

The portions were really huge, like bigger than I was expecting for the price. I left very full and happy about it, so yeah, it was a good meal.
